After Hours

After Hours Program

The After Hours program is for young people between the ages of 11 to 18 years old and runs Friday and Saturday evenings from 4pm to 10:30pm. The program aims to provide a diverse range of recreational, educational and cultural activities in a safe and socially engaging environment. A key emphasis in running the After Hours program during these times is in an effort to divert local young people when they are most at risk of participating in anti-social and criminal behaviours. In addition, young people may be referred on to relevant counselling, case management, health, legal, employment and educational services/programs when it is deemed appropriate by our youth workers. The After Hours is run in partnership with the City of Sydney Council, who has given their support to the program for the past 3 years.

Some examples of After Hours activities include:

• Ice skating

• Luna Park

• Laser Tag

• Ghost Tours at Quarantine Station

• Cinema
